By purchasing a 48Launch package, you agree to these terms. Services include website design and build as described in your selected package.

Timelines: Delivery timelines start after payment is confirmed, onboarding is fully submitted, and required assets are received. Timelines vary by package and are not guaranteed if materials are incomplete.

Revisions: Included revision rounds apply to the delivered version within package scope. New pages, features, or repositioning may require an upgrade or separate quote.

Content: You are responsible for accuracy of information you provide. You confirm you have rights to logos, images, and copy you upload.

Refunds: Because work begins after onboarding, refunds are evaluated case-by-case before build starts. Contact us promptly if you need assistance.
