Frequently asked questions
Is the website really delivered in 48 hours?
Express is built for a first version within 48 hours after payment, completed onboarding, and required assets. Pro is typically 48–72 hours. Growth timelines are confirmed after we review your onboarding.
When does the 48-hour timeline start?
It starts after you submit the completed onboarding form and we have the assets needed to build—not when you pay, and not when you submit the pre-payment brief alone.
What happens if I do not have all the text ready?
Share what you have. We can structure placeholders and refine during your revision round. More complete onboarding helps us deliver faster.
Can you help with copy?
Yes, within the structure of your package. Growth includes stronger conversion-focused copy support. We organize what you provide into clear website sections.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Express and Pro include one revision round. Growth includes two. Revisions cover refinements to the delivered version—not a full rebuild or new scope.
What platforms do you build on?
We deliver clean HTML/CSS sites optimized for Hostinger-style hosting—no WordPress, Framer, or Webflow unless agreed separately.
Do I need a domain?
You can use your own domain or we can guide you to register one. Domain registration is not included in package pricing.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is not included. We can recommend Hostinger or compatible hosts and help you connect your domain after launch.
Can you connect forms, booking links, or email tools?
Yes—contact forms, booking CTAs, WhatsApp links, and common integrations within your package scope.
What is not included?
Ongoing maintenance, unlimited revisions, custom web apps, e-commerce catalogs, paid ads, logo design from scratch, and copywriting beyond package scope.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, as a separate service after launch. Ask us for options once your site is live.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with Express and upgrade to Pro or Growth when they are ready to expand pages or positioning.
